Spring Chick Challenge goals:
- I will work out 4x times. Not even close. I focused on getting well.
- I will drink 1.5L water each day Some days more, some days less.
- Not exceed 1600kcal. I didn't track this week either, so I don't know!
I'm taking these goals with me for next week as well, hopefully I'll be able to say YES more then. ;)
