Week #21 Weigh-in + goals

I was hoping that my illness would give me a good loss, but it didn't. Or maybe it did, and I gained again over the weekend. I seem to remember sharing a pizza with my brother, among other things. Anyway, I am happy with this weeks loss! I'm back on track, healthy, feeling good about exercise!
 
Starting weight: 123.2kg / 272lb
Previous weigh-in: 109.8kg / 242lb
Current weight: 109.3kg / 240.9lb


This week's loss: 0.5kg / 1.1lb
Total loss: 13.9kg / 31.1lb


Spring Chick Challenge goals:

- I will work out 4x times. Not even close. I focused on getting well.
- I will drink 1.5L water each day Some days more, some days less.
- Not exceed 1600kcal. I didn't track this week either, so I don't know!


I'm taking these goals with me for next week as well, hopefully I'll be able to say YES more then. ;)

  4. You are doing great. You had stress from your dads illness, you had travel and you were sick. With all of that- you still had a loss. I look forward to your "yesses" next week! :)

  12. Maren, a lot of people would have had a gain after the week you've had, so any loss is great! You're back on track now and I'm really happy you're feeling better! :)
