A review of February

Having spent two weeks pretty sick in February, I didn't have any high hopes when I sat down to review my progress for the month..

  • I lost 2.6kg / 5.7lbs
  • I worked out for 694 minutes..
  • .. burning 5110 calories
  • I traveled 44.4k

I'm okay with the weight loss for this month. I would have liked to see more, but I was sick and that is what it is. Out of my control, and I'm not going to let it bother me. When I look at 694 minutes it feels like I had a bad month, but take two weeks out of the equation and it turns into a fantastic month! I am proud of that number, as well as the 44.4k!

All in all: a decent month. I know March will be amazing, since I am healthy and literally bursting with motivation and passion for getting my ass off the couch!

Recycled, I know, but it's the best I can do today! ;)

    For me, I'm working on my food ~ Cleaner diet, more focused on what I'm eating, getting variety etc. For workouts, I'm still going to push, but I'm also going to be a little kinder to my body. I'm still fighting a backache, I get better, then I'm down a couple of days. I will be doing more stretching and listening to my body. Also working on having a positive attitude and I'm working on seeing myself at my goal.

    Lot going on!! Keep focused!

    March = lower sodium, less sugar, more veg (the food, not the activity) and trying to keep myself moving even on my off work out days. even if it's a walk to the grocery store for more veggies or the library to return some books. Gotta keep this body in motion. :) I'm aiming for -10lbs for march.

  4. Great work so far! I too am motivated to move myself and loose some weight! It is so much easier when the sun shines. For me the Summer clothes arriving in the shops have sent me into a spin!!! I am going to have to get out from under my wooly jumpers! Ahhhh! x

  7. As soon as I 100% better I can't wait to start going for walks at the weekend again :D It's going to be brilliant! Also looking forward to more swimming and hopefully fingers crossed can start running!

  11. March is my start over month. I am tired of pause and it's time to get back what I've lost in motivation. You are doing awesome, love reading what you have happening and doing and going on. Tomorrow is day one of my new getting to the new me.

  12. I'm going to start calorie counting again.... and when I'm done eating 1,500 calories a day, I'm done eating! Period. So my goal is to make those calories count!
