So I guess I've been bad, but not horrible. And since I'm writing this, I'm obviously trying to get back into the swing of things again! I think I underestimated how much accountability comes with blogging. I want to keep going! I have lost 40lbs, but I need to lose more!!

I don't think you've been "bad": splitting your energy between schoolwork, exercising, and watching what you eat is hard work.

ReplyDeleteGlad you are back. I too don't think it's bad, and don't like to associate bad/good to changing the way the overweight try to lose weight as I think it sets us up for failure. So you haven't done as much as you have in the past, life got in the way, it's okay, as long as you are still moving forward, are willing to improve, then the rest is gravy!
