Weigh-in at restart!

Starting weight: 125.5kg / 276.7lb
Previous weigh-in: 106.0kg / 233.7lb
Current weight: 108.2kg / 238.5lb

So there are the facts, and I get back into the swing of things again. I've had a great few days now, with hiking three days in a row. I finally feel like I'm getting back to normal again, and who knew I'd ever consider regular exercise my normal! :)

I feel like I am more on top of my school work, I know what I have to learn by Christmas exams etc, so now I can "afford" to focus some of my attention on my health. As it should be!

Here are some shots from today's hike - going 5k and burning almost 650 calories! :) For some reason my husband and I started jogging up all the hills there, it was great fun - even though he crushed me!

Just a beautiful day for a hike!
I feel like I'm finally moving in the right direction. Now I just have to keep it up! Although I feel like I've been doing well, despite not excelling! :D
