I feel like the word "endure" describes my days pretty well.
endure
v. en·dured, en·dur·ing, en·dures
1. To carry on through, despite hardships; undergo.
2. To bear with tolerance
3. To continue in existence
4. To suffer patiently without yielding.
What can I say. I'm doing what I can, and leaving the rest for later.
So I basically do two things only:
 |
| Workout |
 |
| Crochet |
Schoolwork is piling up, but I know I can handle it when I feel up to the task. I have a pretty decent grip on my subjects, and either way I'm at a point where I really don't care either way. I guess I'm waiting for it to become important again. Right now all I manage is (sleeping, eating,) exercising and crocheting while watching TV-series. But that's good enough. For now.
I think what you are managing sounds good. I like to crochet because it is so much faster (for me) than knitting and easier to correct mistakes. Also, if my hands are busy with yarn, I won't be eating at the same time. :)
ReplyDeleteEndure, cope, survive. One day at a time and soon you will have picked up the pieces, carried on, and found a new light in your life that gives you the energy to put this overwhelming shadow behind you. Keep up the good work with your diet and exercise - you have come so far.
ReplyDeleteThere are more positive ways to look at this situation. You have many challenges and you keep working toward your goal. Sometimes, re-framing it in a different way makes a person feel better.
