The best 400 calorie pizza!

I feel like I am on such a roll lately. Everything is going effortless. I'm eating healthy, I feel satisfied, I feel like I could go on forever like this.. And I guess that's the aim. If only tings stayed this effortless forever, huh. ;) Usually I'm very absorbed with how many calories I have eaten, how many I have left etc.. but now everything is just flowing along. I feel like I'm in charge again, and not the food. This is where I want to be!

My snack: vanilla yogurt, raspberries and blueberries! <3

My car.. this morning.. sigh.
Harder, faster stronger!
I've exercised daily in January  and I feel great about it. It's important to know that not ever workout is a hardcore one. The body needs to heal in between battles, and so I walk. The best ones, however, are the ones where I can give it my all. I killed it at the gym today, but my knees are telling me that they need a bit of a rest. So tomorrow I'll just walk again. :)

Tortilla pizza!
Here's one of my favourite treat AND healthy dinners: a tortilla pizza. It's basically a regular tortilla, just a bit thicker than normal. I have lots of tomato sauce on, some corn, lots of ham, a bit of bacon and sprinkle mozzarella. Spice it to your flavour, put it in the oven on max heat and grab it once the cheese starts to get yellow/brownish. I had already fried the bacon (and dried off excess fat thank you very much) so nothing was raw. This pizza cost just over 400 calories and it was AMAZING. Mmmmm-m :D

How are you guys doing so far in 2013? :D

  4. I have mine on flatout flatbread, same idea. The topping ideas are endless! I use pineapple, sweet peppers, green onion, jalepenos, spinach, string cheese, whatever I have laying around.

    You are doing great!

  5. I love that feeling of being in control! :-) I'm like Christine, I make mine on the flatout flatbread. But I guess it would work on a flour tortilla (which I ALWAYS have in the house, I don't always have the flatouts!)
