Weigh-in after week 5+6


Starting weight: 125.5kg / 276.7lb
Previous weigh-in: 107.9kg / 238lb
Current weight: 106.1kg / 234lb

This week's loss: 1.8kg / 4lb


So the weight keeps going in the right direction, at least. Especially since nothing else is. It's been a month since my world collapsed around me, and although it's flown by .. some moments have lasted forever it feels. I feel, if possible, even worse now than back then. It's not encouraging.. But I'm taking a piece of advice that I have given others so many times in the past: one day at a time, one step at a time. It's all I have. I know that in the end I will be okay. I will be.

The lowest weight I hit before my long standstill and following weight gain over Christmas, was 106.8kg / 235.4lb. That means I've now not only lost what I gained, but started moving into numbers I haven't seen since I was a teenager. So now I just carry on, right? :)
